I honestly thought he was only 23 at the beginning of the series and ended the series at like 30, but his character being only slightly younger than Tony made no sense. He starts off the series being completely reckless and not respecting authority, has this young looking gf who they live in a small apartment with, starts having a drug problem, and everyone is giving him shit for rising in the ranks so quickly.
