Is this real? Back in the day Lego refused to contract with things like Halo because they don't want to do something too 'adult', but now they are making shitty sitcom sets?
Also $90 for that seems exorbitant even for the usual high prices of Lego sets

the way i thought legos used to be priced was roughly 100 piecies = 10 dollars. then depending on the popularity of the item/what series it was from the price was adjusted. so basically when you see the giant 3000+ piece model sets they are all around 300 dollars. this probably isnt the case anymore though.

It's part of the autistic man child set. Not meant to be played with but it's some sort of "decoration". If you're really wanting to build with LEGOs and you aren't 12 years old, they have sets like these that you can put on your mantle and not some cheap fucking diorama of the BBT

I kind of want some generic Lego Space sets, not licensed stuff like Star Wars.
I got my nieces a shit-ton of Lego for Christmas this year(they're five and six so I've been buying them Lego for their birthdays and Christmas for the last six years and stockpiling it because their mum won't let them play with it until its safe).
I got them a ton of Lego Friends stuff, some Lego Pirate stuff and some Lego Friends Elf stuff but really want some Lego space stuff like I had as a kid.
I could just give them my space Lego, which is in a box under my house, but my brother has been eyeing that off for twenty years and I refuse to give it up.
>>
>>63546762
That's what comes of licensing franchises that don't have cool vehicles or buildings.

my brothers have been subscribed to lego club magazine since before I was fucking born and we still have every issue, collectively we own 500+ sets with almost all the original boxes and instruction booklets too. We have won 20+ lego building contests, have been to every legoland park in the world and have attending the grand openings of 5+ lego stores around the world and have even been inside the lego vault in denmark

we live and breath lego, we know every theme, every storyline, every character, every fucking brick all burned into our internal memory

It was created through LEGO Ideas. Basically people submit their ideas and people vote. If something gets enough support, it gets mass produced by LEGO.

So basically a bunch of people really wanted a LEGO set of The Big Bang Theory and LEGO had no other choice than to commit. See for yourselves: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/58456

LEGO themselves wouldn't come up with such a shitty idea.

(reposting this from >>>/toy/5320046 )

And in the days of Antipolon a tax was declared on all the beings of the system, and so Polaron and his opposite Electrocles journeyed to the city of New Jerusalem (because he was of the clan and lineage of Ferrion).

And Polaron and his opposite Electrocles sought room at the inn, but there was no room, for many others had made the journey to be taxed, and so Polaron sought shelter in a storage riser.

And there appeared in the sky a great sustained nuclear reaction, and toward it came a pair of Ice Man prospectors, who were drawn to it, and before them appeared an angel, and they were much afraid.

And the angel said, "Fear not, for you will be those who witness the birth of the greatest power in the universe," and they were not afraid, and they made travel to New Jerusalem, following the sustained nuclear reaction.

And there appeared in the east three wise men of three ancient lines, for their transcoders had divined that a great power was soon to be born, and they wished to see it for themselves. And they came bearing gifts of gold, and futurite, and air.

And there in a nameless storage riser on a coincidentally-significant date, a magnet was born. And that's the true meaning of Christmas, /lg/.

The bottom ones would turn the top ones.
Which leads to the logical conclusion that the top wheels on the working mech would likely be used to add additional torque to the lower wheels if it were stuck in some kind of mud or quicksand.

Yeah, that was the GOAT LEGO set. I wasn't allowed to open my birthday presents until midnight(my actual birthday) so I put this beauty together at 1am while watching Alex Kingston in Moll Flanders which was on TV at the time.
