well yeah. both have spectacular beginning scenes that are a pretty self-contained adventure, are centered about a really big guy, a barque gets crashed with no survivors, it's pretty inconsequential to the rest of the film and then it goes to shit with hotheads and teddybears and some nice explosions towards the end
