I think RotJ was better than empire strikes back and I really enjoyed the prequels they're some of my favourite films. I actually enjoy Lucas' canon and I'm disappointed with what Abrams is going to do to the series

ROTJ is my least favourite OT film, my favourite is ANH and it goes down from there. ESB is made really well but it suffers from being the middle film in places though it's really the long winded hoth battle at the beginning that put me off desu. I liked the prequels though. Very visually captivating and the overarching story is better than the OT while many will say dialogue was worse it's on par with the OT in most places. Star wars has always had hammy lines and awkward dialogue. So I'm not discriminating between the two eras. I've learned to like the whole saga for all it's faults. Star wars has never been oscar winning tier for the most part, they're fun movies with some good messages and symbolism woven in.
