Quicksilver wasn't even in First Class, and he's Magneto's son in these movies. There's supposedly a side-plot involving their relationship in Apocalypse. At the end of Days of Future Past, Wolverine "fixed" the timeline by stopping the sentinel future. So everything from 1973 on is new. The end of that movie showed Wolverine in the fixed 2023 future, which aims to be the end point in the timeline for the new X-Men movies. However, I don't know how this will work, considering Old Man Logan is coming out soon.
