As for Rick and Morty - it's well written and imaginative science fiction, mixed up with some pretty decent humor. I don't see what there is to complain about.

It's a mostly decent piece of mindless entertainment with a couple of stinkers and a couple of great episodes. /tv/, being the whiny teenager trying far too hard to be cool that it is will only ever spout Reddit memes at you about it however.
