It's a discolouration of the teeth gained from intaking too much fluoride. In areas where people had fluorosis they had much greater incidences of tooth decay. This was discovered by a doctor and so the suggestion to add fluoride to water was made.

Liquid nitrogen is an industrial byproduct, water is an industrial byproduct. Don't use industrial byproduct to signify that it's bad. Lots of anti-fluoride nutjobs can't differentiate between them.

Yep. Atlanta's tap water is heavily chlorinated and if I drink it a lot, I develop a skin fungus on my chest. It's harmless and purely cosmetic, only takes a few days of coconut oil & not drinking tap water to go away, but I obviously don't want shit on my chest, so I'm not drinking the tap water.
Also, water jug delivery is the perfect job for niggers, which we have many of here in the ATL. Niggers love easy jobs that are physical and mindless.
Almost every workplace I've ever been in had a water cooler and had jugs delivered for it once a month.
