Sympathy for Lady Vengeance (if you do not mind korean movies)
Audition (if you do not mind japanese movies + it has rather slow build up and some people just hate that movie)
Underworld / Resident Evil series (but those aren't really good movies)
problem is that movies with (badass) female lead usually end up being oversexualised B or even C grade movies with shallow plot.
I like the concept but I cannot really recall any really good movie with such female lead.
