Obi Wan movie. Remnant Jedi discover him alive, he's forced to help them in order to maintain Luke's safety and convince the Empire to stay away from Tatooine. Objective is irrelevant, I guess they discover some shady force shit the Emperor is building up and they want to destroy it to cripple the Empire.
Feels good for Obi-Wan, despite earlier reservations. He isn't built for solitude. Camaraderie, friendshsip, teamwork, all of it resonates with what he's known his whole life. They accomplish a lot. They aren't really Jedi at this point (shit's happened for them all to survive this long), which makes Obi-Wan uncomfortable at first, but he goes with it.
They fall one by one along the way. Last Jedi standing are Obi Wan and Jedi pack leader. Can make her a chick if we need a love interest, I guess, if need be.
She betrays him. Turns out, she's already gone up against the Emperor turns out with another group, failed spectacularly against his might. Losing this group sets her over the edge of hopelessness. She knows Obi Wan's identity, knows its value, turns against him too. I guess making her a love interest would make this more impactful, idk.
Movie ends with obligatory lightsaber/force fight. Obi Wan fighting dark side Jedi again. Has to strike her down. This time leaves no doubt. Emotional wreck the whole time. Only wins when he centers himself, abandons emotion again to tune himself to the force, become the master he was. Faces her as a Jedi Master and overwhelms her.
Movie ends with Obi Wan back in his little hovel on Tatooine. Takes a sip of water. Readjusts placement of a clock. Scratches his beard.
Alone again. Alone forever.
Secret clone police hunting down and executing jedis and force sensitive people in the outer rim.

Something like this needs to happen and would especially fit the post fall of the empire Tim line during the 7-9movies. There is no great organization scoring the galexy foe every force user and enslaving them to the Jedi order. Many would grow up in normal society slowly discovering their own powers and using them as they saw fit. For good, evil, or just doing whatever they feel like depending on their own abilities.
