considering that Twin Peaks is coming back, anything can happen. Not like the series couldn't continue years down the line.
I just watched the first episode of this. Is it worth to continue or should I drop it?

Keep going. First part of season 1 feels like a crime procedural but it gets better once they get away from the "serial killer of the week" stuff.
>>63449776
Oh yes.
Hannibal is in my top 3
>>63449776
Season 1 can be hard to get through at times, but season 2 makes it all worth it.
>>63449290
Pls b true
PLEASE BE COMING BACK
>>63449776
if you can take some serious homoerotic content it's quite good and it's real man-on-man stuff and no disabled black tranny shit like sens8 and other sjw bait.

I swear to god if this is an Amazon ruse.

Ending of S1 is good. S2 drags a little in the middle but is phenomenal by the end, with the final 15 minutes or so of s2 probably being my thing from all of television and film. S3 then takes a huge style shift and is filmed like a bad arthouse 80s movie (that's how the shows creator described it) and it has some of the best cinematography you'll find anywhere.
All in all its a goat show, my no.1 and it might make you a little gay.

season 1 has some lame procedural episodes to try and trick network executives into thinking normies will like it, but season 2 and 3 are all one ongoing story and its fucking amazing, so its worth it getting through the early eps

> might make you a little gay.
It's just bromance man

I should add, the overall tone of the show is quite fantastical, it's basically like a dark fairy tale. The show is stooped in visual metaphors and imagery. Just to add though, >>63451427 is right, the network executives wanted the show to be a week by week crime procedural. So up until the last few episode of season 2, it largely follows that format (then they let Fuller do what he wanted which made those final few episodes, and s3, so good), but it's still really good how they do it. Most of the killers are a metaphor for what Will and Hannibal are going through, or they spur on their relationship, or they just look cool af, whatever.
hannibal is a terrible show, and f you actually seriously like it, then you should pullet a bullet in your head because you're the tumblriest of tumblr users
