Rocky is a terrible movie.
Boxing has been around for thousands of years and they couldnt even get the fights to look remotely real. Rocky gets jabbed, his head slams back like lollypop. The way he holds his hands down and never protects his face whilst he continiously gets mauled is hilariously bad. Then with Rockys 1st punch thrown in the fight with Apollo he knocks him down.
Hilariously bad movie. But I get the overall message of it. Just too bad no one understood nor knew about boxing in a fucking boxing movie

I doubt they didn't know, they probably thought that people were more interested in the message/substance than style, and they probably thought that such good times would never end. I bet they didn't think times like we have them now, with people like you were possible, but at least now we have quality cinema like marvel, all style no substance.
