They were pretty good. People are just retarded and think the original trilogy is better than it really is. That's all.
The chemistry between Kenobi and Skywalker is awesome, it has some amazing scenes like death of Windu which are more dramatic than everything in the original. 10/10 soundtracks. Sword fights and skills that actually make it look believable that the Jedi are actually powerful.

I was about 10 when Episode I came out. I knew that "Star Wars" was some big thing from forever ago, so it was confusing that the movie was titled "Part I." I remember my father explaining to me that they started the series on part 3 of 6. That didn't make any fucking sense. So, to that, my father explained that it was done for financial reasons. I didn't really get it, but it seemed stupid.
I thought the art and movie posters looked really cool. But when watching the movie in the theater, I didn't understand fucking anything. I thought I was just dumb.
