"The Kingkiller Chronicle" by Patrick Rothfuss just got optioned by Lionsgate. It's a cool series, not without problems (the protagonist is near-perfect and can get pretty annoying) but very good overall. I don't have a ton of hope for any films or TV shows that come out of the deal, but it has potential to hit big.
