Probably not Plagueis because having a singular villain that unifies all the trilogies is too intelligent of an idea; so it's most likely some new dude that just happened to be there. And the design could go either way. Some of the new aliens look cool, some look like shit. Here's to hoping he's neither a snake-man or "the JJ alien".
