Bruno was terrible. The ONLY good part was the Law and Order scene.
As for The Dictator, it's pretty terrible too. It was made far too late for "shock value". If it came out in 2008, it would have been received a lot better.

They're just not very good. The humor is for 12 year olds and I get that, but a lot of it doesn't really make me want to laugh or react in any way.
