Luke was created as a blaxploitation character who wasn't allowed to swear because of the comics code. They had to make up shit for him to say, and "Sweet Christmas" became his catchphrase.
Patsy/Trish and Killgrave are the only good characters in the show. Jessica Jones and the actress who plays her is fucking awful. Luke Cage is a piece cardboard. Everyone else is extremely forgettable. The action is embarrasing. It's worse than Smallville and equating Killgrave mind control to rape was so in your face it was embarrassing and poorly handled.
