I'm not sure she 100% ruins the show but she sucks all the energy out of any scene she is in..
early seasons her character was this whiner bitch level chick who just harped on everyone. Then she spend an entire season just more or less crying. The did the weakest "and NOW you're a hero!" switch over where a two months of watching Zumba DVDs turned her into battle hard killer.
so she goes out and try to act like a bad ass but can't even fake movie like fight well at all. Love interest? Nope kill him off. Love interest for the stars of the show? Nope, that's old news. DA story lines? Nope, that over too. She does NOTHING on the show now but whine and then every now and then look stupid in a black outfit being unable to even throw a punch.
It's just a horrible character the shows no longer needs, at all.

She was the final straw for me dropping Arrow. Fucking everyone gets to be a superhero snowflake in that show. Oliver spends 2 years training in the harshest conditions imaginable and overcomes his darkest demons to become the Arrow. But no, all the other girls are a little sad so they get to be nearly as good as him.
