It very much summed up that whole season.
In season 9, I noticed all the characters had become outright malicious as opposed to accidentally ruining other people's lives like the earlier seasons. It didn't feel as smart a lot of the time and just wasn't that funny. This episode was just that, plus being a clip show which always sucks
