Truce Detective season 2 was very disappointing and Fargo is decent I suppose.

I don't watch a lot of TV but those are ones that have stood out. Breaking Bad had its high points but relied way too much on cliffhangers for me to every really get behind it. Felt more like a cartoon at times than a drama. Bloodline and Mad Men are tied for my favorites. I really don't think the former needs a season 2, but I'm still going to check it out.
Still haven't seen The Sopranos or The Wire, but I plan to based on how much I've seen them discussed here.

That's actually a little surprising, I'd expect it to be the other way round.
The Sopranos was massive in it's day, but Mad Men never really pulled in that many viewers.

The Sopranos and Mad Men are equal first in a tier of their own for me.
Followed is The Wire, Six Feet Under, Deadwood and Generation Kill.
Then below that is Breaking Bad and Boardwalk Empire. Boardwalk Empire could've been in the tier above if not for the rushed nature of the final season.
The only legitimate list.
