Your settings are not correct. Some are 60fps and some are not. Make sure your player and codecs are not converting it into 30fps. Compression will happen with your codecs too. Source may be 8k 60fps but it is being viewed in 23-30fps and compressed with h.264.

You may as well be downloading YIFY garbage with your setups.
