We didn't see the conversation though so Ivan may have only tacitly agreed to it. Ivan is still definitely in a much stronger position than Allison is though. If Ivan wants to burn Allison and walk away, it'd be pretty easy for him. I also reiterate that going along with her plan means Ivan gets thought of as a traitor to his country.
