Check this out OP, it's about a book scholar who specialises in finding rare tomes who is contracted to find the last copy of some book with Satanic connections. It's a great movie, very atmospheric.

It's been a while since I saw the movie but I remember the Asimov book I, Robot was a great sci-fi mystery story.
The movie was a little disappointing though. Some nice effects but the unsubtle dialogue and blatant product placement kind of ruined it.
