These reviewers have the most abused interpretation of "fair use" I've ever encountered which seems to be creatively engineered from the real legal definition specifically to cater to people making a living off of other people's intellectual property on the internet.
The reality is that they don't have to use any clips or music from the material they review at all in their reviews, which is the only instigation in copyright situations. The biggest stipulation to the fair use section of copyright law is whether money is being made from the material, in which case its basically going to be universally ruled as not fair use.
