The hospital episodes were the pinnacle of television desu.
At some point Scrubs fired Bob Kelso, at which point the show jumped the shark. Luckily they still managed to phone in some appearances thanks to the muffin shop.

Both Breaking Bad and Hannibal have extraneous last seasons. Avoid watching them and they're actually perfect.
Mad Men is harder to pinpoint...the final season's character arcs are all well done, except for Don's, which had a perfect conclusion in the previous season's finale.
