They have ~360 titles, not all are anime. There are over ~6000-8000 anime series in existence. This is only anime, not sure about Manga.
The world literally HAS to pirate if they want to watch anime or read manga from Japan, or pay shitloads in shipping - and then you have to be able to read Japanese.
