I have unusual random mental urges to lash out at people or myself or my surroundings and usually when it happens my body gets this jittery like fizzle feeling all over my body and my urge to grab something and just slam it against something hard or beat something til my hand splits open gets very tempting to do but I always pull away from doing so.
Used to slam my head against hard walls and floors alot when I was younger and during this one time I was walking with this one guy he aggravated me with his rich style attitude and it just made me clicked and I had my hand almost at his throat but I immediately pretended to brush something off of his shirt collar telling him it was some fly or something to hide my actions.
