Best part of the movie.

I'd say it was the opening shot in Mexico City or the train fight. It was a shit movie, but at least those scenes were stupid but entertaining. The rest was just stupid and boring.

>You're a kike dancing in a hurricane, Mr. Bond

What did he mean by this?

The whole movie was stupid but entertaining, and it was all the better for it. Skyfall was a dreary piece of shit while Quantum of Solace was retarded and nonsensical. Spectre was a nice harmony between the two.

Zombie Dr House?

Just got back from the theater:
Mexico City - good scenery and atmosphere. The building collapse scene was silly. The chase scene had lack of hustle from both men involved which belied the life-or-death stakes. The helicopter fight was good.
London - The scenes with M and C had good dialogue. It was funny when M asked Moneypenny, "Is it your birthday?" That line said a lot about M's character and the low morale of the agency. Q had a weak showing. The blood injection should have just been a normal subdermally implanted chip. The exploding watch was a pretty lame gadget. A couple more gadgets could have been used to enhance later scenes. It was funny when the car had no ammunition, but having the "atmosphere" button play music was illogical.

>The exploding watch was a pretty lame gadget.
I liked how it was the crux of Bond's big escape but yeah more gadgets would have been appreciated.

The movie was big, loud, and dumb but it felt lethargic. I was expecting more flair. They relied entirely too much on David Bautista. Still better than Skyfall.

My favourite part was the train fight scene.

Rome - The modernist collonades of the funeral scene and the fashionable costumes created a sense of intrigue. It was a classic Bond scene. The house was also very beautiful. It was odd for Bond to save two women from assassination in one movie. The scene with Spectre was all good. When Blofeld called out Bond's name was a great moment. The car chase was a bit too long. The bad guys in general were not aggressive enough.
Austria - The scene with the Spectre defector was good, though not my favorite. The ski resort with his daughter was a low point in the movie. The bad guys are too feckless, and Bond was dependent on luck to an extent I'm uncomfortable with.

The best scene in the film was when Blofeld put the footage of this conversation on screen for Miss Swan to watch; I felt this was really clever use of his World Dominating business plan to assert himself as a sadistic threat, the "kite in a hurricane" line was actually more powerful here, in my opinion

I somewhat liked the Spectre meeting scene but the weakness of the other members in the group besides the ones important to the film really takes away from the impact, still Blofeld's calling out of Bond was well done

Overall Spectre was pretty fun but it ruins itself in too many places to be a great film. The decisions made for the action scenes in this film are honestly really bad but the dialogue scenes turned out pretty fantastic, only good fight in the film was the train scene but that too ended poorly

Morocco - I fell in love with everything that happened in Morocco. It transcended the rest of the movie and became a work of fantasy. It gave me the same feeling as The Fall. The hidden room at the L'Americain was charming in its smallness. I like small human-scale intrigue better than the grandiose scale of Skyfall and the main plot of Spectre. The hidden room and finding the lair in the desert was like something out of anowhere adventure movie from the 1940's. The train ride into the desert again had the look of fantasy. Bond's dialogue about his motives is the best dialogue out of all of the movies. The fight scene was good, but the bad guy should have pulled a gun and shot them, of course. The villain's lair was sort of cool-looking, but there was no logical purpose behind its location and purpose. Apparrantly, most of those buildings were just storage for a flammable gas. Go figure. Despite the logical inconsistencies, I was enraptured by tI've they entered the meteorite room. It's kind of like a throwback to the Space Age and the way scientific facilities were depicted in old Bond movies.

The evil torture device was good. Having your ability to recognize people destroyed is a fate worse than death. It may explain why the bad guys were reluctant to just shoot Bond. A good torture device can make up for feckless henchmen. BLOFELD'S BACKSTORY WAS HORRIBLE. It's a shame Skyfall made so much money. Now they're trying to replicate their success by connecting Blofeld to Bond's personal backstory just like Skyfall. Blofeld does not need a specific reason to hate and torture Bond. He could simply be frustrated by Bond's meddling in his schemes. He could simply have a sadistic curiosity to motivate him to want to break the psyche of a highly trained 00 agent.
Secondly, I think Spectre should have orchestrated the events of Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, but they should have had no relation to the events of Skyfall. Skyfall could stand on its own as a movie about a rogue agent.

The confrontation with Blofeld in Morrocco was too short, and Bond got away too easily. It should have been extended and made into the finale of the movie. Some more gadgets from Q could have been incorporated here. The facility could have been given a purpose besides flammable gas storage. The facility should have had computers and communications equipment that were part of the CNS surveillance network. Bond could have coordinated with Q and M back in London to make a joint attack on the facilities in London and Morocco. That's the extent of my impressions. I loved the movie and consider it to be the best in the series despite its flaws.

He was dying in case you weren't watching the movie.

In my opinion, the whole Spectre meeting with Blofield's introduction was one of the best scenes.

The use of shadows and the gravitas of Blofield's character among these criminals, just had a lot of appeal.

Also the long shot opening scene set up expectations for a rather disappointing film- I liked it, just not as much as Casino Royale or Skyfall.

Also did anybody else notice the main French girl had fucked up teeth?

Actually this part of the movie kind of made it worse for me, because I STILL have no idea what the relationship between Spectre and Quantum is. Mr. White made everything confusing.
