We see the doctor as a child in listen and in Time of the Doctor its established he used up 12 regenerations. There's no space for them now, unless you get into reincarnation. which I don't think they'll confirm, ever.

Why would it implant false memories of randomly being found as a naked child holding a fob watch? How could he integrate with the colony with that as his recollection? When the Doctor used his, it actually gave him normal memories and blended him into society.

I consider them to be incarnations of the Other, but what's written in Lungbarrow isn't the exact definitive history in my headcanon. Instead, the Other was the Doctor's father-type figure (Loomfather?) and reconstituted his genetic material to become the Doctor without actually destroying himself, as in Lungbarrow. Also when the Doctor was Loomed he was an infant.

The dialogue indicates that Morbius is winning the mind battle at that point. BEFORE you see Jon, Pat and Bill you get to see what Morbius looked like before he was a monster, but after Bill it's supposed to be previous Doctors.

I like to think MacQueen regenerated into Derek Jacobi, and one of the functions of the Chameleon Arch is changing your apparent biological age as well as your species. That would mean Derek Jacobi and John Hurt fought side by side in the Time War, giving us that GOAT I,Claudius pairing again.
On a side note, who does /who/ think the shadowy Master inside the Dalek green cage thingy at the start of The TV Movie was? As in, which Master? Was it Ainley? Or was it that VNA First Frontiers Master, who was supposed to look like Basil Rathbone?
