The way Wes Anderson treats death in his films always gets to me. It's so random and out of the blue, and people just move on with regret and melancholy. Nobody ever talks about it directly. That's why I think Darjeeling Limited is a really sad film to watch. It's like seeing people in total denial, if that makes sense.
