It's mocked as the dorm-room stoner philosophy shit it is in one scene in Animal House, if that counts.

These are vague similarities, there aren't any fucking planets in our brain.

Indeed this representation is horrifically incorrect and is still being aught in schools.

Deals with the idea of false color imagery? None of those things look alike. They are colored in Photoshop to look similar. In reality they don't have those colors. The space images aren't even in the visible color spectrum.

They actually bring this up in Animal House.

u sure about it??
i watched that film few years back got bored tBh

pretty sure most schools in US use the quantum mechanic model at this point

electrons don't have a fixed position because they exhibit wave/particle duality. they exist in even numbers in layers (confused as orbits) different distances atoms where they can be "assumed" to be. the reason they stay around that area is because of the + charge of the protons in the nucleus being balanced against their - charge, but there's only room for certain amounts of electrons at different distances (proportionate to the volume iirc).

There's nothing surprising about this. All of these manifestations, large or small, exist in the same universe and are all affected by the same forces and laws of reality; I'd be more surprised if there weren't any similarities.

>>63069649
There must be a a single mechanic principle to everything.

Why is it so hard to blend general relativity with quantum shit? Explain to me as if you're talking to a 5yo.

>Why is it so hard to blend general relativity with quantum shit?
Quantum T keeps telling people to fuck off when they try to understand it entirely or its details in a rigid way.
General gives weird seemingly meaningless answers when you try to make it work abstract.
They're not exactly polar opposites but I guess it's like how any part of a magnet will hold similar things (iron shavings) the same way but the two poles will repel different things because fuck you.

Can someone post that simpsons webm where it zooms out of the simpsons on their couch, then there house, then america, then the world... etc and finishes back in homers head. You know the one.
Cause that pretty much sums up what OP is asking for.
>>
I don't think there's much to deal with in your pic. It would be a nice visual thing to do but not to base an entire film around.

uh, because we still havent found whatever the mechanic you talk about is yet?

Some people think we almost have the puzzle figured out, and there are only a few pieces left to find. I believe we just have the corners and a few of the edge pieces, so (to torture the metaphor) we have a general idea of the shape of it (as shown in these 2deep4u pictures people are posting), but are nowhere near figuring the size or what the picture is even of yet.

Well, most people arrive only to the point of noticing similarities.
>Dude, universe looks like a bunch of brain cells
>Shit man, you are right
Then they share the "you know what this means" look and nod.
It kinda loses coherence when you think deeper about it
>>
>>63069293
They work up to the quantum mechanical model. They don't just teach it off the bat.
