The tagline makes it sound like such a wondrous and heart-warming movie, than you watch it and find out it's about a little kid who builds a flying machine to get away from his stepdad who regularly beats the living shit out of him. I wasn't prepared for this, anons.
>>63049999

Even worse watching after you've lost a pet
What was probably the best year of my life finished up with me dropping out of college again, living with my parents, jobless, and friendless. I actually watched this film on my birthday. I thought it was alright for a while, until Alfredo tells the main character to leave the town, that he wants Alfredo to do something with his life. From that part until the end of the film I just couldn't control the tears. I was a goddamn wreck, especially throughout the funeral scene. Non-stop.
>>63054802
This made me cry as well. I remember I finished it and immediately left the room to the bathroom to wipe away tears.
>>63054881
yea same
>>63052047
He still got laid though so no harm there
>>63049271
I was pretty surprised by how decent Titanic was when I first watched it. I don't I cried at the end, thought it was sad.
Marley and me really fucked me up. I saw that on HBO years ago. It was the day after my German Shepard I had for thirteen years died in my arms from being poisoned. I haven't even cries that hard when people in my life died.
ever since I watched Dear Zachary I get emotional at movies now. I cried rewatching Nolan's Batman trilogy.
>>63055349
Fuck I cried during that movie too holy shit. If you watch this movie without shedding a tear you have no soul.

I haven't seen the movie but the book is really moving if not straight up tragic.
>>63056384
Why? It's a great film.
>>63056458
The movie is downright atrocious. And that fucking disgusting British cockney accent, made me want to puke.

RZ's Halloween 2 (Director's Cut)
Not a great movie, but the death of A and L really got to me. There was some good scenes and really good acting in this very sub-par movie. Brad Dourif always brings his A game.
Monsters Inc during the goodbye scene. When Boo opens the door and says "Kitty?" it just destroys me.
>>63056520
Well I suppose that if you aren't into musicals and operas odds are you won't enjoy it. I think it's a great film, have seen it many times and the emotional scenes are always as raw and brilliant as when I first saw them
>>63056722
Fuck this. The director abandoned all of his previous trademarks, namely time travel and girls getting molested in trains. This was a long boring movie about a whiny guy who just sits around without traveling through time or groping women inside a train. Never been so disappointed
>>63056516
low tier bait

The only movie I've cried to in nearly 15 years would be Marley & Me because when I watched it, my dog was pretty old. She died a few months ago.
I'm not a tough guy or whatever, I just can't really seem to cry at movies or TV shows. However, there are some moments that are so awesome that I get teary-eyed. Not sure if tears of happiness counts as crying.

Black Hawk Down
Gladiator
American Sniper
Man on Fire
Still the best Batman movie.
My first time watching this I was high as fuck, couldn't stop tearing up and feeling emotional near the end.

yeah it's such a delicate piece of work but also so very very depressing
I only get watery eyes when watching movies and shows.
I do it at weird times too. I think I'm pretty fucked up emotionally, not in a edgy kind of way but.
Sometimes it's tears of joy, like in transformers 2 when the US army scrambles to the desert .. It was just so damn tacticool, thank you Bay.

The only reason I cried at Man on Fire is because of that awful filter. It made my eyes water.
radiohead's motion picture soundtrack =crying like a baby
radiohead's creep = crying like a baby
radiohead's exit music for a film = crying like a baby

Such a waste of quads
Titanic is masterpiece by the greatest director of our time.
I have it on blu-ray (the restoration was overseen by Cameron and it's one of the best looking films on the format), and even during the commentaries I tear up.
>>63062202
It's a remake of older titanic movies, that uses the price and quality of its sets and special effects to justify most of the flick being penny a piece, colour by the numbers mix of "The enchanted lower class vs. evil upper class" Romeo and Juliet rip-off, that doesn't understand that Romeo and Juliet were the least important characters in their story, and instead fills in the empty space left by a lack of narrative with by and large meaningless tearjerker moments that are at the root of this "feels" nonsense going about. All while effectively making a spectacle out of a real human tragedy, with the only excuse being that the only people alive to complain would suffer a stroke if they tried.
Beyond being well shot, this flick has no value. It's the kind of thing you show directors in classes about how to set up scenes, and how to create a visual signature. But that's all there is to it. Every emotional que was done better elsewhere before and after.
If you want to feel the way this movie makes you feel, just turn to a news channel dealing with the middle east.If you don't care about people in the middle east, then you can simply go fuck yourself, and when you're done with that, imagine being the poor shmuck who has to film that footage. Maybe then you'll get some human mentions out of it, instead the factory assembles ones from Titanic.
>>63062661
>caring about people in the middle east

How old were you when Titanic came out m8?
Don't usually cry at films but this had me
