This all the way. The guy was funny when he just tagged along with ricky and julian, but ever since season 6 or 7 where he became the main focus the show took a nose dive. He's way too annoying to have all that attention and he's probably the main character because mike smith is an arrogant, whiny cunt

It's time to let the show die. Trinity growing up was retarded. The cast are visibly becoming old, especially Barbara. Lucy isn't hot anymore. Bubbles went from being quirky but endearing to annoying whiny little bitch. He's becoming a very unlikeable character, and they seem to keep trying to shill him way too hard.

watched the first episode of season 8 when it came out and dropped it because they are too old
i work from home and i've had this show on as background noise literally 24/7 for about 6 years now. i can recite entire seasons. still not sick of it.

i spent 6 years working on TPB and the only person who was ever promoted during all of this was karen wentzell. i can’t remember at what point but sometime around season 6 she became an associate producer. all of the crew who worked their asses off because of her incompetence never got a producer credit and what i’d imagine would be a significant raise and maybe even a share of the back end. what an insult, what an outrage. i also remember ann marie was hired to make a behind the scenes documentary and it somehow was changed to be about the crew and this family bullshit that really was never there. never once did this special mention rev bob and how poorly he was treated or andy miller and how poorly he was treated or todd murchie and how much he gave to the show to later not be brought back. what about richard colpe? it seems as though this family they talk about doesn’t include a lot of people that worked their asses off.
i was disrespected as an actor and as a person and i know that me standing up and saying fuck you i’ve had enough hasn’t changed anything. i was ripped off financially and that kind of sucks but mostly i just wasn’t having fun anymore. the show isn’t the same show that it was in the beginning and life is too short to not have fun. i’m not a greedy person and i never tried to hold out for more money but we all should have been paid a lot more than what they were paying us. this includes the crew and the cast.
thanks for everyone who watched me for 6 years and to everyone who has shown support in my decision. sorry about the long rant, you haven’t seen the last of me.

I'm giving season 9 a try now. Can't even get into it at all. I don't know if the show changed or I did, but this shit just isn't entertaining at all. This show should've definitely stopped a long time ago. Somewhere between 4 and 6. Season 8 was fucking shit and I had to force myself to finish it.

>lost its mockumentary charm in favor of typical sitcom style
>all of the shots are 100% setup like a typical tv show now
>lost a lot of the improv humor
>too much focus on the main 3 guys not enough on the minor characters (ray, phil collins; rip in peace cheeseburger walrus, random people that ricky would go to for help in earlier seasons)
I still watch the new seasons though for nostalgia sake and because I love the characters. Randy and Lahey is still top tier.
