Just finished watching pic related and, while I don't think it's the most original thing ever, I thought it was really well written and shot.

I loved it. Watching it for the second time. It obviously takes great inspiration from movies like Fight Club. The tech stuff was extremely well done.
It was a little disappointing to see it end like it did, but I read somewhere that the writers intended for this thing to be a movie. I think I would have hated this as a movie.
Now they have much more time to develop the characters and play with tension.
All actors were great but Rami Malek is amazing and fits the character.

I think it's real autism. Check out his interviews. His voice is even MORE awkward and jarring. It's like they had to TONE DOWN his immense autism for the show to be accessible to modern audiences.

I thought it was a legitimately good show, Christian Slater was great, it kept me on the edge of my seat, most scenes were well acted and written, while Angela's scenes towards the middle began to lose me they picked up towards the end.
I never considered the possibility that Tyrell and Elliot are the same person and I doubt it's true but it would make that scene where Elliot is talking to Tyrell's wife VERY interesting.
