Sicario is like a demeaning way of say hitman.
A hitman would be called an "asesino a sueldo", say someone with a sniper rifle or similar, decent training, "clean" kills, an honor code, etc.
A sicario is someone who rides bitch on a bike and fuck you up good due their shortcomings, for example where as a hitman relies on experience to ensure the mark is down, a sicario would simply empty the entire clip to make sure the mark is done.
Sicarios also tend to do lower profile jobs and it includes killing women and children.
This said, nobody want to have anything to do with a sicario.
