Don't watch any further... There is only so much a person can handle of Charlotte Gainsbourg and the ending was just terrible.. Only watch for this series for Stacy Martin and that Uma thurman bit .
First half is some of Trier's best work, but it falls apart in the second.
I'm not sure if the abortion scene was worse than THAT moment in Antichrist.
I really like Nymphomaniac. I saw the directors cut in one sitting and the performances were career bests for lots of people. Christian Slater, Uma Thurman and young Joe was amazing.
