People here actually think The Godfather and Citizen Kane suck so no a lot of people are 15 year old contrarians that don't know the first thing about film but some people here are pretty cool. Most of you are lame through.

This board is really only useful for me to check out obscure films that people name-drop that I'd have never heard of otherwise. I've never gotten an actual recommendation that wasn't completely off the mark or a meme.

the last recurring serious posters are long gone by now. we get some new uniques every day though, but they either join the shitposting squad or leave within a week.

I consider their recommendations, the memes and opinions are usually pretty fucking stupid except for the occasional anime thread. /tv/ is actually pretty decent nowadays, back then (3 months ago or so) it was nothing but retards trying to force their shitty memes down our throats.

I come here for odd few hours when people shitpost with the sincerity and lightness of spirit that comes from wanting to make each other laugh.
