His emitter has been described as "like a power converter", with gargantuan thickness that would rival 4-LOM or CZ-3. I'm estimating his size to be at least 10.5" bone-pressed, with OVER 7" of girth. He would have absolutely destroyed even BB-8's robo-pussy.
They would have spent hours and hours on foreplay, getting her booted up enough just so she can take it. I can just imagine her begging for it, with R2 barely able to force it past the receptacle, and BB-8 beeping and whirring while rolling about like a basketball, demanding him to force it in deeper.
