Tried to present itself smarter than it really was. Feel like both Oscar and Domhnall were not very well casted for the roles. Oscar never struck me as a super intelligent guy who was capable of maintaining the compound, let alone creating the AI.
Domhnall was just annoying. Maybe that's a good thing given his character. But it's always the same with this dude. He's playing himself in movies.
