just saying, over time maybe we start to see some things as mundane that we shouldn't, and psychedelics can help us see that. of course that doesn't mean every little thing that blows your mind on acid is really profound, but ill be damned if a good trip didnt make me more compassionate/happier/mindful for a good while after due to "mundane" realizations

I never said mundane or sober is bad, I said every once and a while it might be beneficial to see some things we view as "mundane" in a different light so as to become a more compassionate and mindful person. I don't see how that's a drug addled mindset, as long as you're not overdoing it

abusing drugs is a great way to dampen your emotions while sober, but im pretty sure i emphasized beneficial tripping as a once and a while thing. taking lsd once or twice year isnt going to kill your emotion
