Then suddenly when naked has broad shoulders and narrow hips, they could have gotten an androgynous guy or something and just made the dick more obvious I dunno.
The scariest film I've seen is probably Das Boot.
1AM, surround sound, high volume and audio range, all lights off in the house. Quite immersive, I recommend it.

Not him but it's proper hell. I'm half blind so I don't really see things. I had a 2 week period where I feared going to sleep because the attacks happened nightly.
For me anyway I just lay there, sometimes on my face, not being able to move with huge amounts of panic surging through my body. I am usually fully concious, fully aware of the fact that I was having an attack, trying to sleep but too much adrenaline or something. It's not until I move do I fall back asleep and remember it all in the morning.
