They still make a ton of Porky's like sex comedy films set in high school. Netflix has dozens of them and they are all the same basic theme as Porky's was back in the day.
The films that would not get made today are a lot of the 2d cell animation Disney flicks. Everything seems to be CGI and 3d now for animation. At least for the big blockbuster level hits by Disney/Pixar team.

Being a Japanese movie, they simply murdered a shitload of similar looking cats and dogs for different takes instead of bothering with dummies, unusual training or other special effects. They'd throw a cat and dog off a cliff for a harrowing escape scene and then just film a different cat and dog landing safely, they broke one cat's leg to film it limping and they actually made a pug fight a bear.
