Maisie Williams' character was a viking girl the Doctor and Clara met who died. Then the Doctor brought her back to life but it made her immortal. After the events of the episode she seemed to gain some humanity back but it was ambiguous whether she was on the Doctor's side or not and she told him she was going to clean up after his messes on earth.
