Why is Frozen so praised? I just saw it, I mean, it was okay, a regular Disney film but people overhyped the fuck out of it
It's a movie for children. You're a childish adult. The "people who overhyped the fuck out of it" are mostly between the ages of 3 and 10. They haven't seen a whole lot of other movies.
The adults who talked about the movie have children, so those songs were stuck in our heads whether we liked it or not, because when a little kid likes a movie, they want to watch it a hundred fucking times.

It's an enjoyable family film. Something that Disney does really well. Nothing more. Personally, I loved it for what it is.
