The action is Smallville tier with very stiff and simple fight choreography and people getting sent flying. Just another reason why they should have chosen more fit actress.
In Daredevil they got all acrobatic and shit. I get the action isn't the main point of this series, it's the spy/thriller shit, but still. If you're going to do action do it right.
