I think it's on par with the other 2. Lee Van Cleef's character was a better protagonist than the Man with No Name imo. It had the best ending duel as well.

Easily. It's nearly as long as GBU but with half the story. The pacing really kills it, and there's too many scenes of showing off cool gun play
