Adrien Brody. At least he thought he was.
The viewer.

Judging by the time spent on screen, Sean Penn is the mc.

>Most of Adrien Brody's scenes were cut from the film without his consent and he wasn't aware of these changes until he saw the film at the premiere. Brody came to the premiere expecting to see himself as the lead character and was shocked when he saw that he was barely featured in the film.

Isn't Caviezel on screen more?
feels like he was

Has Malick ever done a directors cut edition?
>>62769999
At least we can check out these quads
>>62769999
The version we all saw is the one that was meant to be seen, and is perfect as it is. A perfectionist artist with the relevance of Malick would never do an "extended cut" cash in version of his work simply because this is something a capeshit director would do, not one of the greatest film authers in the world.

Actually is Caviezel

The only version of his films that get released are his "director's cut." Even the 70's stuff.

im so glad it wasnt brody.
from what we see from him he plays a weakling with PTSD who is complete useless.
caviziel was so much better.
sad he cut rourke out though, his scene is amazing

Spotted a pretensious "patrician". If you want a good movie about WW2 in the Pacific, watch Kokoda.
Also:
>US troops had superior weapons, training and numbers.
>We were totally a thin red line, just like Campbell's men you guys!

Yes it was. But is still a wonderful film regardless.
