You should watch S11 and S12, there are some solid episodes in there. S11 is pretty good actually if you like Lucky (I personally think he is a solid character). There's also cozy "down to earth" episodes that remind me of earlier seasons, like the one where Bill tries to host a family gathering but only his degenerate southern gay cousin shows up.
S12 on the other hand has death of Cotton and some solid Dale episodes.

Only bad episode of KOTH I can think of is the one where the rich meat industry guy seduces Luanne, she moves into his mansion, and the guy turns out to be crazy psycho and it ends up to a long chase scene where the guy ultimately gets killed by a pig-slaughering-conveyer belt-thingy and everyone reacts like it's nothing.
