Why would Jaime and Brienne kill the mountain? No one knows it's him anymore.
Jaime is going to the riverlands, which (minus lsh being absent) points to the eventual Brienne Jaime fight.
Cersei will need a champion to defend her against the claims of the faith, so Robert Strong will come in there, still in kings landing, miles and miles from Jaime and Brienne.
Sure the gravedigger/the hound being appointed as the champion for the Seven is a littler harder to explain away but it makes more sense than Jaime and Brienne

Ian McShane said his character brings back a character people thought they wouldn't see again.
Ian McShane is most likely a Septon Meribald/Elder Brother hybrid.
Both of those characters are responsible for Brienne being brought to the quiet isle and meeting the gravedigger.
All evidence points to the gravedigger more likely being the hound under a new identity living a new pious life than not being.

The freys returning and Riverlands set pieces/cast coming back makes it look as though if LSH is going to be in it, this will be the time she returns.
But given how Michelle fairley hasn't been spotted anywhere near the set and it would be unlikely that Ian McShane is playing the Frey son who gets killed by her when she first returns it's not likely she was the character he was referring to. And the signs don't look good for her return as much as I would love it to happen.

Given the fact Kit has been sighted filming battle scenes against the Boltons I would say it's pretty certain.
There'd be few other reasons for Melisandre to be at the wall and for red priests to have well documented ability to resurrect the dead.

Jon is a main character and a pov in the books. You can't explain it as a flashback because if he wears Ned's armour and fights Bolton armies that would definitely have come up before now.
Whereas Shae could easily be a flash back because her every move hadn't been covered like wth Jon. It's likely going to be a flashback of Shae and varys in the time between Tyrion wanting her to leave and Tyrion finding her in Tywins bed.
But Jon won't be a flashback because there's no logical point in time where the images of them in set could have happened prior to him dying.
