If you seriously think they are going to pull this fake-out Glenn death early in the season, only to actually kill him off in the second half, you are a moron.
It's not going to be Glenn Negan kills, everyone already knows Negan kills Glenn in the comics, even showviewers who don't read them. It's way too obvious and it won't have a large impact, therefore who Negan kills has to be a different character in order for it to have a shock value. Many people speculate it would be Daryl, and I think Daryl is a perfect character for it because his character development is basically completely over at this point in the show anyways, and since he's a fan favorite it will generate an immense amount of discussion and improve ratings going into the next season.
