American Pop is one I like. It's rotoscoped and was the inspiration for Kanye West's music video for Heartless.
Another good one is Royal Space Force, I think it's probably one of the best pieces of science-fiction movies have produced. It's Japanese but it has a very good English dub.
Jin-Roh, or "Man-Wolf" is more great science fiction. It's about police officers conspiring against each other in an alternate history Japan in which the Axis won WW2. Japanese but again the English dub is very good. Also if you like this one there are two live-action sequels set in the same universe that tell a different story. They're all really stylish and sharp movies.
